We understand that sometimes a product doesn't quite meet your expectations. Don't worry! You can return or exchange your items within 14 days. Follow the simple steps below:
1. SIGN UP
Register your return or exchange via the following link:
Select the items you wish to return or exchange and select the return method that suits you.
2. PACKING
- Place the items together with the packing slip in the original packaging or another sturdy box.
- Please make sure the products are in the same condition as you received them, including any labels attached.
- Remove or cover any old shipping labels to avoid confusion.
3. SHIPPING
Take your package to a post office or drop-off point of your choice within three business days. Make sure you get a proof of postage.
4. REFUND
Once we have received and processed your return, you will receive a confirmation email. The purchase amount will be refunded within 10 business days via the original payment method.
Important information
- The costs for returning are at your own expense.
- Make sure you send the package with traceability, so that you always have proof of your return.
- Exchange for another size or product? Please state this clearly when registering.
Conditions:
- Orders can be returned up to 14 days after receipt .
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and tags must remain attached
- To exchange an item, you must return the item and place a new order.
- Please keep your receipt/email with the tracking code of the return package.
- Returns will be processed within 10 working days of receipt by us.
