REFUND POLICY - Bubbi
We hope you're happy with your Bubbi purchase! If you do need to return something, you can do so within 14 days of receiving your order. Follow the steps below to arrange your return:
How do you return?
- Start your return: bubbiclothing.nl/retour
- Select your items: Indicate which products you want to return or exchange.
- Package the items: Place the unused products together with the original packing slip in the package. Make sure everything is in the same condition as when you received it, including labels.
- Send it: Send the package to the specified return address.
Refund Information
- The purchase amount will be refunded within 5-10 working days after receipt of the return via the original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- When using a discount code, only the amount paid will be refunded.
Returns Policy
- All items must be returned undamaged, unused and in their original packaging.
- Return costs are at your own expense.
- Please use a traceable shipping method to avoid loss.
- Items purchased elsewhere than the Bubbi webshop cannot be returned.
- Damaged or incomplete items may result in a reduction in value.
